This permit allows eligible applicants to apply for the UK Skilled Worker visa (formerly the Tier 2 General visa). Employment opportunities in the United Kingdom are available to citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic through the government-authorised licence held by the Alban Leader Ltd.

This visa category permits primary employment with a sponsoring employer and allows supplementary work in the same occupational field for up to 20 hours per week. In addition, visa holders may undertake voluntary work in accordance with UK immigration regulations.
